This project works with consultants to create introduction module content for potential and behavioral evaluations for the screening, competency assessment, and development of BUMN PLN Indonesia personnel. I created a total of ten module bundles with various themes. The design reflects PLN's attitude and inventiveness in the use of technology. The mix of established values of a ministry institution with progressive values as a reflection of professionalism in meeting future problems, which is directed toward becoming a world-class business actor, is reflected in the composition of the shape and colors.
